Code of Conduct & Compliance
Güdel has established a comprehensive Compliance Management System (CMS) and is actively developing it on an ongoing basis. The Code of Conduct brings together the compliance principles that apply to all employees worldwide and supplements them with internal guidelines on the topics of occupational safety, the environment, personal integrity, human resources policy, data security, communications, assets and finance.
Güdel does not tolerate any violations of legal provisions, this Code of Conduct or internal regulations.
In addition to the internally applicable Code of Condunct and the supplementary internal guidelines, the Code of Conduct for Suppliers and Business Partners is an integral part of Güdel's CMS and aims to ensure sustainable procurement policies and practices in compliance with all applicable laws worldwide.
Actions within Güdel and its suppliers and business partners should not only comply with laws and guidelines, they must also meet ethical standards and ensure sustainable action.
Güdel is aware of its responsibility towards you, its employees, customers, suppliers, business partners and society. And therefore does not tolerate any violations of legal provisions, this Code of Conduct or other regulations.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Güdel has a clear goal to reduce its carbon footprint by half and has integrated these existing activities into its management system.
Various activities, investments and actions have already been carried out as part of this goal, e.g. introduction of company bicycles, photovoltaic systems, comprehensive recycling systems.
The efforts are supported and advanced within the framework of an internal sustainability program.
Material Compliance
Within the framework of the Material Compliance System as a building block within the Compliance System, all suppliers and business partners have been explicitly informed about compliance with the applicable laws and any resulting measures.
The state of knowledge about possible (depending on the product) substances from the SVHC candidate list is continuously updated in the published declaration.
